Who runs it
Noetra is the trading name of the eenmanszaak held by Luis Zadra. A Belgian eenmanszaak has one holder, so Luis is the sole proprietor and the contracting party.
Joshua Clercx co-founded Noetra and works on every engagement as an independent contractor. In data protection terms that makes him a sub-processor. He is the only person on the sub-processor annex of every data processing agreement we sign. The rest of that annex is infrastructure.

Regulated activity
Noetra provides data analysis and reporting services. The activity is not subject to authorisation and is not a regulated profession, so there is no supervisory authority or professional body to name. We do not provide audit, legal or tax advice, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so.
Dispute resolution
We are not bound by any code of conduct and we do not participate in an alternative dispute resolution scheme. Our services are supplied business to business, so consumer dispute resolution rules do not apply to them.
